Delivery within Malaysia is free and the estimated delivery period is within 2 to 5 working days.
The delivery period above applies to ready-stock items only. Pre-order items will be advised accordingly.
Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company.
ORDERS CUT-OFF TIME AND WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
The daily delivery order cut-off time is 3pm (GMT+8), Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization.
Overall, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) with the exception of sale period where this may take up to 72 hours.
We require a signature upon delivery of any of our products. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to receive the product (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
